What size / weights do you take for your parcel services?
The maximum length is 2.1 metres for a parcel, if its longer/bigger then it would need to go by our Express Services.
Weight restrictions apply to the parcels, it can be no heavier than 30kgs as thats what H&S regulations deem the heaviest a person can safely carry.
We collect and deliver based on cubic weights, this is a fair system that gives us the volume of a package. If you don't know how to work this out, just give us a call on 0844 884 3331.
